I'm a sixth year PhD student in Computer Science of at the University of Notre Dame advised by Tim Weninger. My research is primarily focussed on explainable machine learning and the relationship between graph grammars and graph neural networks. I'm also tangentially interested in category theory, logic, and their relationship with computing and graph theory. In my spare time, I like to play music and boulder. I'm bilingual in English and Spanish. I was born in the city of Havana, Cuba.

Soy un estudiante doctoral de sexto año en el Departamento de Computación de la Universidad de Nuestra Dama tutoreado por Tim Weninger. En el area del aprendizaje interpretable, investigo las redes complejas a travéz de las gramáticas de grafos y las redes neuronales gráficas. También me interesa la teoría de las categorías, la logica, y la filosofía de la matemática. En mi tiempo libre, me gusta tocar música y escalar. Soy bilingüe en Inglés y Español. Nací en La Habana, Cuba.
